I’m an American who worked on a fishing vessel in the North Sea above the UK.
I gotta tell you, I slipped off the boat into freezing cold water. I had to choices: 1) Freeze, or 2) Live another day.

Always great to have 2 sides to a discussion as each one of us can have our own opinion and make that opinion into a meaning that suits our own personal needs. You stated some interesting points as to what happens to people who follow TR. Curious, was there a study done on the ‘after math’ from following the teachings of TR and all the despondent, guilt, self loathing, etc; that you mention or is this an assumption on your part and if so how did you come to this conclusion based on what facts?
